ComServe will track and trace; collection of the defect product at agreed location, repair the defect product and return the repaired product at agreed address in accordance of the agreed Customer warranty requirements.

We can provide any level of service at the most competitive cost. CSN has invested in an e2e system solution (CHASE) that can track and trace products from call logging, pick up products, repair products and delivery of products at end-user address of choice.

We have contracted with several partners to deliver our e2e service and to offer clients more choice in service level & price.

All parties are linked into CHASE (Call HAndling System Europe) to deliver a complete, closed loop process control environment.
