In 2001 ComServe decided to invest in developing an IT system that would integrate all aspects of service delivery. This system is named Chase. Chase was finished in 2003 and delivers all the above functionality through a web-based application. This enables ComServe Netherlands B.V. and partners who take part in the service process to have full access (or limited access if it is so decided) to the functionality of Chase.
