Channel Returns
Is a process of returning "sold" and "unsold" goods. Depending on the product
costs and the WEEE directive it might be cost effective to Refurbish the Product
and re-sale via agreed channels instead of disposal.

Disposal:
We work according to the WEEE directive and
agreed process with the customer.
Refurbishment:
Is a method of restoring a product to it’s
original operating condition. In effect extending its useful life which means less
waste to landfill.
Channel Process:
Channel returns will be managed via a dedicated refurbishment system. Per
product request we will capture:
- model & serial number of product;
- missing accessories from the sales box;
- missing parts from the product;
- pre-test and fault diagnostics;
- replace defective and/or missing parts;
- add new serial number and final recovery
(manufacturing setup);
- new packaging and "Refurbishment" labelling;
- support re-sale of units via official and agreed channels;
- invoicing.
The status of all Channel Returns
will be reported with the cause identified.
