We provide reverse logistics services including RMA & RTV
control processes. We can repair returned parts or screen them for NTF to
replenish good stock sooner.
CSN manages parts returned for credit, exchanged or repaired.
CSN has an effective RMA ( Return Material Authorization) processes in place
with many manufacturers, repair services & resellers in Europe to ensure parts
are returned in-line with contractual obligations. In addition CSN can return
parts to vendors worldwide in-line with their unique RTV (Return to Vendor)
terms and conditions.

CSN sources parts from
around the world and supplies a number of manufacturing, repair & resale
locations across Europe.
Courier Distribution Services
- CSN can optimize lead-time and cost through our
contracts with various couriers;
- we have implemented PUR services to replace the
traditional "carry in" processes;
- drop-in services via local post offices.
Distribution throughout Europe
CSN has very advantageous contracts
with the larger couriers who can be orchestrated to optimize lead time &
distribution costs to any location. We have integrated our couriers, "Track &
Trace" systems with our management tools to create a tightly controlled process and deliver the best level of service and
cost.
