Stocking of parts are managed centrally for defined service levels or locally if shorter lead times or lower distribution costs are required, consigned inventory is managed in chosen repair locations across Europe. Stock levels are controlled and managed by our central system.


Parts Supply
CSN sources spare parts and components from around the world. Our spare parts management system Exact is on-line connected to our Event tracking system CHASE. The technician can see the stock available for repair and the alternatives or substitutes if stock is depleted. We hold the stock in one system managed by one planner over in case de-centralized multiple locations.


Parts return to vendor services
We provide reverse logistics services including RMA & RTV control processes. We can repair returned parts or screen them for NTF (No trouble found) to replenish good stock sooner.

CSN manages parts returned for credit, exchanged or repair.

CSN has an effective RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes in place with many manufacturers, repair services & resellers in Europe to ensure parts are returned in-line with contractual obligations. In addition CSN can return parts to Vendors worldwide in-line with their unique RTV (Return to Vendor) terms and conditions.
