Call Centers, Logistics providers, Product Repairers and Parts Suppliers working alone with their own unique system, processes and procedures. With CHASE we link all unique systems, defined one process and one procedure to manage the e2e process. With CHASE we can generate the product failure data needed per serial number to drive continuous improvements on product and/or part performance.

With Turnkey management we offer the Customer managing the Cost of Goods (COGS). We have an agreed Bank account deposit per unit build to cover the agreed after Sales services period. ComServe manage the installed Base based on a pre-agreed failure ratio. Therefore we must have on-line access to the manufacturing data and clear definition of the warranty requirements. The agreed failure ratio determine the cost of goods for Parts, Call center, Freight and repair costs. Systems Integration with our web based tool is the key to control.

Common procedures have been applied to all processes, the operations monitored remotely, in real time, to ensure full conformance. Feedback is available to all process contributors and Customer for continuous improvement.
